Walk-A-Thon 2008

Our annual walk-a-thon is our biggest fundraiser. This year our walk will take place at Brookdale Park, located in Montclair and Bloomfield, New Jersey. The Park is one of the largest in the county, and features a rose garden with over 100 species and an interpretive nature trail.

As in the past, the walk-a-thon will consist of a 3 mile walk or a 10 mile bike ride. Refreshments will be provided at the rally point, as well as at numerous check points along the route.

If you're interested in helping us achieve our goals, we invite you to participate as a walker or cyclist. Or, if walking and cycling aren't up your alley, we would appreciate volunteers to help organize and run the walk-a-thon.
